Since 2012, our customers have had the opportunity to submit a review on the item(s) they purchased. Since we do not bother you with unsolicited review requests, the amount of reviews submitted may seem relatively small. But every single one of them is authentic!
Reviews cannot be submitted completely anonymously - however, your last name is automatically abbreviated after the first letter, and instead of the place of residence, only the country you registered in your customer account is mentioned (example: "David H., United Kingdom" or "Lynn S., United States"), because protecting your identity is an important concern for us.
This is how we ensure the authenticity of the published reviews:
Each consumer review is verified for authenticity before it is published, ensuring that reviews only come from consumers who have actually purchased the products being reviewed. This verification is done a) by sending individualized links after completing an online order that lead to an online review form and ensure that access to the review function is only granted to consumers who have actually purchased a product, or b) by making the possibility of submitting a review conditional on prior login to the registered customer account from which a purchase was made.
